Please note - if you are adding this category of licence to your current NSW real estate, business broking or stock and station agents licence that was not obtained through ACOP, you will be required to provide evidence of this by way of the original, or original certified copy of your academic transcript. ACOP cannot issue any qualifications until this evidence has been received and approved by the licensing department. 

In addition to completing the Strata Management Agency Practices course, you will also be required to complete the Trust Accounting and Insurance module in order to obtain the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management.

COURSE FEE: The online fee for the Strata Management Agency Practices module is $850. On receipt of your enrolment, a tax invoice will be issued to you.
