business broker and assists in the conduct and assessment of the
business broker training, financial management and trust account

John has
over thirty two years of experience in the real estate
industry. He is a licensed real estate agent, business broker, stock
and station agent and an accredited auctioneer. He has been a director
of three real estate companies which are third-generation businesses,
with further interests in development and sales. Within the Australian
College of Professionals John works in a role that supports newcomers
to the real estate
industry and provides them with the necessary advice and training in
order to perform at their peak within the industry.

Michael has
over thirty years of experience in the stock and
station sector of the property industry. He has university
qualifications in applied science majoring in grazing animals and holds
a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Sydney. He also
studied wool and pastoral science at the University of New South Wales.
Mick has been involved in the stock industry for many years. Michael
commenced
with horse bloodstock and now operates an agistment business for
horses.

Rosemary is
an active Senior Property Manager with over ten
years experience. She believes that both landlords and tenants deserve
a high quality service. Rosemary enthusiastically shares her extensive
knowledge and experience with her students and shows them the
importance of implementing the appropriate systems and procedures to
ensure that a rent roll is managed in a professional manner. She shows
her students a more structured and practical approach to property
management and constantly refers to current matters and her own
experiences to make the teaching environment more enjoyable.

Naomi's
professional experience in property management assists her to
develop a superior level of organisational skills that benefit the

Trainer, Naomi conducts the property management Certificate and
Licensing courses and has brought to students a whole new meaning for
the words 'organised' and 'implementation of check-lists'.

Michelle
has many years of experience in the training and assessment business.
She brings to the Australian College of Professionals a broad range of
skills ranging from IT to
the development of innovative and current training materials for
students. Her main responsibilities within the College are to ensure

currency of all information provided to students and assist in the
compliance of College processes. Michelle is also a trainer in the
general business administration and the management programs.

Fran Lee

Fran joined
the Australian College of Professionals in 2010
and has 12 years management experience in the Outdoor Education,
Marketing/Advertising Software Development and International Emergency
Medical and Travel Assistance industries. In these roles she has been
responsible for the planning, development, implementation and
management of a variety of customised programs and support services to
businesses and customers. With a focus on service quality and
efficiency, Fran is responsible for the day to day management of the
College, operations and client service delivery.

Fearnie is
a foundation staff member of the Australian College of
Professionals. Fearnie is
responsible for licensing and has expertise in all property agency
licensing. Fearnie is currently developing an in depth knowledge of
liquor licensing.
Fearnie has also specialised in licensing for the past five years
during which she has assisted
hundreds of persons to acquire licences quickly, efficiently and
painlessly.

Stephanie
Barbara
Traineeships
Co-ordinator
Stephanie
has been with the Australian College of Professionals since
2008 and has worked in accounts and as the College's Licensing
Co-ordinator. She is
now responsible for working with Government Funded Trainees who are
completing
their qualifications through the Australian College of
Professionals. These students are
throughout New South Wales and their point of contact is Stephanie,
which
means she provides telephone and personal support for the assessment
process whilst also ensuring that students have the correct materials
and academic support for the module they are completing. Her
organised and streamlined approach makes
everybody else's working lives more effective and she
brings
valuable customer service and an eye for detail to her current role.

Kelly has
been
with our College since early 2010 and is a highly valued member of
the team. Her role has involved being first point of contact with most

materials. Her role has also extended to assisting

self driven young lady who prides herself on customer service.

Anthony
joined the Australian College of Professionals in 2012. Previously he
had spent thirty four years in schools. During his time in schools he
held various managerial positions. In recent years he has been
developing his computing skills, especially the use of social media in
education. Anthony is responsible for marketing and is involved in the
College compliance.

Sullivan

Megan
started with the College in August 2012 as the new face at the front
desk. She came to the College after working for over twelve months in a
large city legal firm in the administration department where
she
developed many skills and most importantly the ability to provide good
customer service. Whilst employed at the legal
firm, she
experienced the College from the student perspective, through her
completion of a Certificate IV in Business Administration through a
government funded traineeship. Her ability to communicate
with
students, their employers and her team mates is commendable and as your
first point of contact with the College, she will be sure to make you
welcome and answer your questions in relation to training and
assessment.

John
joined the Australian College of Professionals in the second half of
2012 after leaving his trade to embark on full time study at Macquarie
University. In his previous job, John
was quickly promoted from apprentice to management and gained very
unique people skills in this role, as the team he led was very diverse
with high pressure deadlines and large production targets. John now
puts those skills into practice here at the College, whether it be
calling our existing clients or contacting new customers to offer our
training services. His College role also sees him actually
getting
out on the road going into agencies and offices to promote our
value-added training services and increasing our customer base.
